Jeff was named Senior Vice President of Asset Management in January 2018. He leads the Asset Management team, which is focused on maximizing performance and value of InnVest’s portfolio of 90 hotels. Jeff has 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry including 20 years in progressive Asset Management roles. Prior to joining InnVest, Jeff held senior roles at Pomeroy Lodging, Westmont Hospitality, Legacy REIT and PKF Consulting. He started his career in the hospitality industry in many frontline positions at hotels in Toronto, Vancouver and New Brunswick. Mr. Hyslop received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph’s School of Hospitality Management and has a Certificate in Urban Land Economics from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Jeff is involved with numerous associations, boards and advisory committees including chair of the Policy Advisory Board at University of Guelph’s School of Hospitality, Marriott Topline Owner Advisory Council, Hotel Asset Managers Association, Choice Hotels Canada Board and the Scouts Canada Asset Management Advisory Committee.
