Current Activities:

Mr.O’Bryan is Chairman of Canadian Tire REIT, Honorary Chairman of CBRE Canada and a member of the Advisory Board of AMICO Properties.

Past Activities:

Mr O’Bryan has over 50 years experience in the real estate industry. He served as Chairman of CBRE Canada, Managing Director at TD Securities and Vice President of Royal Le Page. He also has been active in industry associations, including as a Director of REALPAC, President and Lifetime Achievement recipient of NAIOP, Board Member & Trustee of ULI and a member of both the Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors and the Appraisal Institute Of Canada. In addition he has been a keynote speaker at a wide range of real estate conferences in Canada, as well as the US, Asia and Europe and a frequent contributor to TV, Radio and Print Media.

Education:

Mr.O’Bryan holds an honours degree in Estate Management from the University of Reading in the UK and completed the Directors Education Program at the Rotman School Of Management and the ESG Designation Program at Competent Boards.

Charitable Activities:

Mr. O’Bryan has been active across a wide range of philanthropic organizations during his career. His most recent fund raising activities have been on behalf of Juvenile Diabetes, Welcoming Arms in Aurora and The Penny Lane Training Centre in Nova Scotia.
