Jonathan Pearce is focused on leading leasing efforts and tenant engagement strategies across Canada and broader Americas customer centricity efforts.

Prior to joining Hines, Jonathan held a series of senior roles at a major institutional global real estate investor. His last role was Head of Investments–USA for office and life sciences, and prior to that he served as Executive Vice President–Leasing & Development, where he counseled regional teams and worked with operating partners on leasing and development activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. His responsibilities included leasing for all properties and developments in Canada and the continental United States, comprising 120 million square feet.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University, UK and is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), one of the world’s preeminent property professional designations.
