Josh Dodman is Executive Vice President of Industrial Development at Beedie, where he oversees the company’s large-format industrial development projects and leads the structuring and execution of complex development partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Josh is responsible for advancing some of Beedie’s most significant industrial projects across Western Canada and supports major development mandates nationally. Over the past decade with Beedie, Josh has directly overseen the development and construction of more than 5,000,000 square feet of design-build industrial facilities and has worked closely with many of North America’s leading occupiers, investors, and institutional partners. His expertise spans industrial real estate finance, development, project execution, and specialized transaction structures to support complex requirements with diverse stakeholders.
