Kanen Maclellan, is Manager, Research & Consultancy with SVN Rock Advisors. Kanen joined SVN Rock Advisors in April 2021, following his post-secondary studies at the University of Guelph where he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree and majored in Real Estate and Housing. Kanen has over 3.5 years of commercial real estate experience ranging from commercial mortgage underwriting, property management, financial modeling, feasibility report writing, and property tax assessments and evaluations.
