Kathleen Beaumont is a Principal on the Sustainable Investing team at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO), a Canadian asset owner. She leads sustainability integration across the deal lifecycle for public equities and real estate, working closely with investment teams to embed sustainability considerations into decision-making and asset management. With over 15 years of capital markets experience, Kathleen has held strategic, research, and portfolio management roles across the investment industry. She brings a strong analytical foundation and a deep understanding of global markets to her work in sustainable investing. Kathleen holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and earned her Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University.
