With over two decades of experience in real estate development, Kathy has overseen projects exceeding $5.3 billion in value and comprising more than 23,000 residential units. Her work spans a broad range of asset types and urban contexts, and she has built a reputation for navigating complex municipal frameworks and delivering high-impact projects in evolving policy environments. Her deep market insight, strategic foresight, and ability to lead through complexity have been instrumental in expanding the firm’s development capabilities and forging new opportunities for innovation.
