Kit is responsible for KingSett's sustainability strategy and the management of environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities for existing properties, development projects and internal KingSett operations. Prior to joining KingSett, Kit was Senior Sustainability Manager at Triovest Realty Advisors. At Triovest, Kit helped the company increase its green building operating certification rate across its portfolio, implement new technologies to improve asset ESG performance, achieve global industry leader on the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), and developing and executing Triovest's innovation strategy. Kit has nearly 10 years of business and sustainability experience in various industry sectors. Kit holds an Honors BSc in Environmental Science from Dalhousie University and a LEED Accredited Professional designation.
