Lachlan MacQuarrie serves as Epic Investment Services’ Senior Vice President, Real Estate Management (National). Lachlan oversees the Canadian real estate management practice and has accountability for its property management division, leasing and national services platform which includes sustainability, smart and digital buildings, and innovation. Lachlan has 20+ years of real estate experience, broadly focused on operations, investments, development, and asset management. Prior to Epic, Lachlan led Oxford Properties Global Platform Services function for over 10 years focusing on the delivery of best-in-class efficiency, expertise, and governance across all asset classes within Oxford. Lachlan was also the VP Asset Management at a private real estate fund focused on industrial development and has also worked in retail acquisitions at a private US focused fund. Currently Lachlan sits on the Board of Yorktown Family Service, the George Brown College Finance & Property Committee and previously on the board of GBCI Canada. Lachlan is married to a commercial litigator and has two daughters aged 16 and 18.
