Lindsay joined Concert Properties in 2024 as Chief Investment Officer. She is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for Concert Properties’ real estate income portfolio across Canada including acquisitions, dispositions, asset and fund management, leasing and capital raising. Lindsay also oversees Concert Income Properties, an open-ended, limited partnership Canadian fund which owns many of these assets.

She brings a diverse perspective and depth of investment and development experience across a variety of asset classes within a high-growth environment. Prior to joining Concert Properties, Lindsay served as Chief Investment Officer for Dream Unlimited, a Canadian based Investment Manager with $30B of AUM, where she participated in the strategic growth of five public companies. Previously, Lindsay financed development deals at a major Canadian financial institution.

Lindsay holds a MSc in Real Estate Development from Columbia University as well as a HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.

She serves on the Board of Trustees for two public companies, H&R REIT and True North Commercial REIT.
