Manon Larose has been passionate about commercial real estate for over 30 years. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate Services at Oberfeld Snowcap.

Throughout her career, Manon has held key positions, including Senior Vice President at JLL, where she led the retail team for Quebec. Her extensive property management experience includes working with prestigious landlords such as Cominar (Vice President of Leasing - Retail), Cadillac Fairview (twice), Westcliff (also twice), Devimco (for Quartier DIX30), First Capital Realty, and Cambridge.

In representing retailers, Manon has collaborated with Oberfeld Snowcap and JLL, contributing to the growth of several brands. Her expertise spans all types of commercial assets, and she has represented developers and retailers in various sectors, demonstrating the versatility and depth of her skills.

Manon Larose is known for her ability to tackle challenges, her leadership, and her talent in leading high-performing teams. She has had the opportunity to develop outstanding teams and mentor industry professionals in their professional and personal growth, of which she is particularly proud.
