Michael Broccolini, an alumnus of Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business with a degree in Commerce, made his mark in the family business when he joined the ranks in 2011. Currently donning the roles of Chief Investment Officer and President of Real Estate, Michael’s responsibilities are wide ranging, from overseeing our real estate ventures and development projects to navigating the intricate financial landscape that underpins our operations. Along with his cousin Anthony, Michael is the third generation leading the company that their grandfather Donato began in 1949.

Michael’s financial intuition is evidenced by the remarkable success of our limited partnerships, which, under his guidance, have raised an impressive $1.5 billion since 2019. However, what truly defines Michael is his hands-on approach, laid back attitude, and genuine commitment to the company's performance. Far from being just a number-cruncher, he takes pride in ensuring the organization not only thrives financially but also fosters a culture of client satisfaction.
