Michael Broccolini is the Chief Investment Officer of Broccolini and the President of its Real Estate Group. Michael embodies the true entrepreneurial spirit that has been passed down across three generations of the Broccolini family and which continues to drive the company’s culture. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business in 2011 and immediately joined the family business thereafter. With over a decade of experience in the business and real estate industry, Michael is a seasoned professional with a strong track record of success.

As Chief Investment Officer, Michael has played a pivotal role in many of the company’s recent achievements. On the investment management side, he drove the capital raises of almost $1.5B since 2019, and his vision and leadership have contributed to the strong market and industry leading returns generated by the Broccolini Limited Partnerships. On the development side, he has been a leading force behind many of Broccolini’s flagship residential and industrial projects across both Quebec and Ontario.

With a view of ensuring that Broccolini remains not only competitive but an industry-leader, Michael devotes a considerable amount of time and resources to building the best possible team and the best possible relationships across the Canadian real estate industry. He believes that Broccolini is, above all else, in the people business; without the best people and the strongest relationships, the firm’s goals cannot be accomplished. With this vision, Michael played a key role in Broccolini’s growth in the Toronto market over the course of the last decade.
