Michael Broccolini is Chief Investment Officer and President, Real Estate at Broccolini. He leads the firm's investment platform, including capital allocation, project structuring, lender and institutional investor relationships, and fund management. Under his leadership, Broccolini has raised just under $2 billion of external capital, $1.5 billion of it since 2019.

He is directly involved in site acquisition and underwriting, and oversees sales strategy and performance against each fund's return targets through to delivery.

Michael joined Broccolini in 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business. With his cousin Anthony, the company's CEO, he leads the third generation of the business his grandfather Donato founded in 1949.
