Mike Maxfield is Senior Vice President of Application Portfolio Management and PMO at Brookfield Properties, where he leads Digital Strategy and the Enterprise Project Management Office across North America. He drives technology strategy by optimizing enterprise systems, streamlining workflows, and fostering collaboration, enabling greater efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making across Brookfield’s real estate portfolio.

Since joining Brookfield in 2012, Mike has played a central role in aligning business needs with scalable technology solutions. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Business Analyst at a global pension and benefits provider, leading product development and implementation initiatives.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from York University. He is also Chairman of the Board for OSCRE International, where he advances real estate data standards, and actively contributes to industry advisory groups to shape best practices in technology and innovation.
