With a nationwide reach, Moshe's team curates a robust roster of stable tenants across RioCan's ~200 properties, including open-air and enclosed centres and mixed-use developments. His commitment to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction positions RioCan as a leader in retail leasing, reinforcing the importance of community-driven, necessity-based businesses in today's retail landscape.

With 22 years at RioCan, Moshe brings a wealth of experience and deep institutional knowledge to his role. He has a proven track record of negotiating high-value leases and building strategic partnerships. Specializing in retail and office leasing, Moshe effectively adapts to market trends and tenant needs, leading his team to successfully lease over 25 million square feet of new space throughout his career.

Prior to joining RioCan, Moshe began his career as a broker at JJ Barnicke, where he spent three years closing deals in the retail, office, and industrial sectors. He holds a real estate broker's license and graduated from York University.
