Nishat Jessa is Global Head of Technology and Finance Operations at Oxford Properties, the real estate arm of OMERS. She leads 100+ professionals managing $80B in assets and 80+ applications. Since 2007, she’s shaped Oxford’s tech strategy and now leads a major ERP transformation to Yardi, impacting 700+ users. A CPA with prior roles at Protiviti, PwC, and Deloitte, she champions culture as Executive Sponsor of OMERSx and supports PRIDE, Women, and the Multicultural Alliance. She mentors women and minorities in real estate and tech through Toronto CREW and chairs the ISIJ Strategic Advisory Board. She holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo.
