With more than 55 years in the real estate industry, Paul Campbell continues to be actively involved in major projects and currently serves as a Project Lead with KingSett, focused on the hotel sector.

Over the course of his career, Paul has held senior leadership positions with some of Canada’s leading real estate organizations, including KingSett, SITQ (Caisse de dépôt), Revenue Properties, MaRS, Oxford, Campeau and Bramalea. His experience spans the office, retail and hospitality sectors and includes major development projects and successful ventures across Canada, the United States and Europe.

Paul has also maintained a long-standing involvement in the broader real estate community. In 2012, he received the NAIOP Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his contributions to the industry.

A graduate of the Directors College at McMaster University, Paul has served on the boards of Quartier International de Montréal, the Diabetic Children’s Foundation of Montreal, Bentall Corporation, Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Revenue Properties Ltd., 20 VIC, White Rose Nurseries Ltd. and Campeau Corporation.

He currently serves on the MaRS Real Estate Committee and is a member of the Advisory Board of Le Groupe Maurice. He recently retired from the Board of Directors of ClubLink Corporation after 25 years of service.
