Philip Fraser is President and CEO and a Trustee of Killam Apartment REIT (TSX:KMP:UN). Prior to the January 2016 REIT conversion, Mr. Fraser held the role of President and CEO and a Director of Killam Properties Inc. since its inception in 2000. Over the last 25 years, Killam has grown to $5.6 billion in assets and today is one of Canada’s largest residential real estate investment trusts, owning, operating, managing, and developing multi-family apartments and manufactured home communities.
Mr. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University (1983), a Master of Urban and Rural Planning from Technical University of Nova Scotia (now Dalhousie University) (1988), and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University (1988).
