Rich Sarkis is the President of ARGUS Software and Data at Altus Group, where he leads the company’s efforts to accelerate the delivery of ARGUS Intelligence. With more than 20 years of experience in technology and data-driven client solutions, Rich is passionate about transforming industries with modern and innovative digital platforms. Prior to joining Altus Group, Rich was the Executive Chairman and co-founder of Reonomy, a pioneering commercial real estate data and analytics platform. Under his leadership, Reonomy secured $128 million in venture capital funding and expanded into a nationwide platform before being acquired by Altus Group in 2021.

Previously, Rich served as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. An avid entrepreneur, he has launched multiple companies, including an international arbitrage textbook business, a college marketing network, and an offshore technology firm. Rich is actively involved in the New York tech community as an advisor, mentor and investor, supporting startups and entrepreneurs.

Rich was named to Commercial Observer’s annual Power Proptech list in 2024 for the third consecutive year. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Williams College and an MBA from The Wharton School.
