Scott Antoniak is Executive Vice President and Head of Investments at Crestpoint where he is responsible for leading the Investment team and growing the firm’s portfolio of real estate assets. With over 30 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry, Scott has extensive experience in deal origination, underwriting and transaction execution. Over his career, Scott has held a variety of roles including Executive Director of Real Estate Investment Banking at CIBC Capital Markets, and a number of senior roles with Slate Asset Management including Managing Director and CEO of Slate Office REIT where he oversaw significant portfolio growth and expansion. Scott earned a Master of Business Administration (Real Property Development) from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Western University.
