Scott Hinkson serves as Vice President, Real Estate & Facilities at IGM Financial. He is responsible for leasing, workplace design, project delivery, facility management, workplace health and safety, and hospitality services across IGM Financial's corporate campuses in Winnipeg, Toronto, and Montreal supporting a workforce of approximately 2,700 employees.

Scott's recent focus has included leading IGM's global headquarter relocation and disposition strategy and executing the optimization of the firm's workplace portfolio.

Scott also oversees real estate and workplace services supporting 100+ IG Wealth Management advisor and client offices across Canada including the Mackenzie Investments offices in Canada and Internationally. Scott works with internal stakeholders and industry partners to deliver workplace solutions that support business objectives, employee experience, and portfolio performance.
