Tom Rothfischer is an audit Partner & National Industry leader of KPMG in Canada’s Real Estate Practice. With over 30 years of experience across several sectors, including Real Estate, Asset Management, Alternative Investments and Financial Services, Tom specializes in serving public and private owners and operators of real estate, including REITs, investment funds, developers, homebuilders, pension funds, brokers, and seniors housing operators. He also spent three years working for KPMG in Europe where he managed international engagements. Professionally, Tom has been active in his community as a KPMG representative on the Real Property Association of Canada’s Financial Best Practices Committee (REALPAC) and also as a member of the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital Foundation Board of Directors and Chair of the Finance, Risk, Audit, and Investment Committee.
