As VP and Head of ESG, Tonya leads both the ESG and Sustainability Solutions practice, and Colliers Canada’s corporate Sustainability, Inclusion and Social Impact strategy as Chair of the ESG Executive Steering Committee.

Drawing on over 20 years of sustainability expertise in commercial real estate, property management, consulting, and retail, Tonya leads the team at Colliers Canada to develop strategies addressing key sustainability issues for commercial real estate assets. She focuses on innovative, measurable solutions to ensure long-term property viability, reducing emissions and energy costs, enhancing occupant experience, and improving urban vibrancy and asset resilience.
