Trevor McIntyre is a Managing Director, Real Estate at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP). He currently covers the industrial, cold storage, and data centre sectors where he is responsible for setting strategic direction, relationship management, deal origination, and leading a team that executes acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and provides portfolio, development, and asset management oversight. Trevor has over 20 years of experience in institutional and private equity real estate in Canadian and international markets across all major asset types. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
