As the CEO of CreateTO, the City of Toronto’s real estate development agency, Vic Gupta oversees one of North America’s largest municipal real estate portfolios – including more than 8,000 properties valued at $27 billion. He works closely with City partners to unlock public land for affordable housing, community development and economic growth. A former Principal Secretary to the Mayor of Toronto, Vic brings leadership experience across the public and private sectors and serves as Chair of the Board of Governors for Toronto's historic Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall concert venues.
