Victor Stoltenburg has been Managing Director of Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH since 2019. Deka manages real estate assets totaling approximately €50 billion worldwide. As division head, he is responsible for real estate acquisitions and sales worldwide in currently 27 countries, including transaction structuring and treasury.
Prior to his appointment as Managing Director, he headed the Real Estate Acquisitions and Sales Department for Germany at Deka Immobilien for nearly eleven years.
After completing his law degree, he initially held various legal positions, including at Clifford Chance in Berlin before moving to the investment business with roles at SEB Immobilien-Investment GmbH (Frankfurt) and Union Investment Real Estate (Hamburg).
