She has over 20 years of experience in transfer pricing, valuation, and international tax at various multinational companies in the energy industry including Eaton, GE Oil and Gas, and NOV, and is a Deloitte alumna. Allison’s technical expertise includes process development and automation, supply chain planning, M&A integration, intercompany finance, IP planning, and valuations. She is a Certified Valuation Analyst and her passion for the art of transfer pricing is contagious.
