Amanda Morgan is the Transfer Pricing Manager at The Home Depot. In this role, she leads the transfer pricing function for the company worldwide and functions as the transfer pricing subject matter expert for all legal entity restructurings, income tax controversies both within the US and cross-border, and M&A. Amanda has over a decade of experience in various income tax fields. She started her career with a Big Four accounting firm before moving into tax industry roles. Amanda holds a CPA license and earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from The University of Georgia.
