David has worked as transfer pricing specialist since starting his career as a local hire with Deloitte in Shanghai 20 years ago. He spent roughly 10 years with the Big-4, primarily within Asia-Pacific, before returning to the US where he has served as Mastercard’s head of global transfer pricing since 2016. He obtained bachelors degrees in Economics and Asian Studies/Chinese from the College of the Holy Cross and holds an executive MBA from the University of Texas.
