Tax and Transfer Pricing Lead at ENVU

Douglas Darling is the Head of Global Income Tax and Transfer Pricing for the Envu Group of companies (a spin-off of Bayer’s Environmental Science division) with over 18 years of transfer pricing specific experience, both corporate in-house (Case New Holland, Stryker and 3M) and consulting (Deloitte). Douglas is responsible for overseeing the Group’s worldwide transfer pricing framework and the resulting global tax strategy and results. In Douglas’s current role at Envu, he has had the opportunity to design and implement from the ground up the Group’s Transfer Pricing framework, including all policies, procedures and accounting, etc. And also being the Head of Global Income Tax, Douglas has been able to better integrate these two core finance functions for optimum tax efficiency and compliance. Douglas is an attorney with both his juris doctor and masters in tax law.
