Elizabeth (EJ) has been a specialist in RSM’s Fort Lauderdale transfer pricing practice for eight years. She has worked with clients on various aspects of transfer pricing, including intercompany pricing planning, documentation, implementation, advance pricing agreements (APAs) and audit defense.

EJ’s experience encompasses transfer pricing services involving tangible property, intangible property, and services for companies in various industries including, but not limited to, healthcare, software and technology, engineering, pharmaceutical, and consumer products industries. Elizabeth has clients located globally and has transaction experience in various jurisdictions. Elizabeth is RSM’s transfer pricing healthcare industry lead and additionally leads the Chinese practice from a transfer pricing perspective.

EJ frequently collaborates closely with international RSM member firms to manage and deliver large-scale global transfer pricing documentation projects. She also assists clients in constructing cost allocation methodologies for the recharge of intra-group services and provides guidance and advice in relation to various aspects of implementation of transfer pricing policies.
