Katerina Miari is the Global Transfer Pricing Lead at Condé Nast, where she leads the Group’s global transfer pricing function across the U.S., Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Her responsibilities include transfer pricing strategy, implementation, and defence, along with oversight of international tax, indirect tax, and support for cross-border restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions. She works across a portfolio of iconic brands such as Vogue, GQ, Wired, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, Condé Nast Traveler, and Architectural Digest, among others. With 12 years of dedicated experience in transfer pricing, she has worked in both in-house and advisory roles across the UK, the Netherlands, and Dubai. Prior to joining Condé Nast, she specialized in transfer pricing at a global consultancy and later at a Big Four firm, advising multinational clients on policy design, value chain analysis, cross-border tax implementation, audit defense, and Advance Pricing Agreements.
