Katherine Sakoda has over 15 years of international tax planning, controversy, and transfer pricing experience. Katherine joined Keysight Technologies in September 2020 with a focus on representing the company in global tax audits and disputes. Prior to joining Keysight, Katherine worked in the tax functions at SoftBank Group International and McKesson Corporation. Previously, she was an associate in Baker & McKenzie’s tax practice. Katherine has a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
