Laura Teng has over 12 years of experience in transfer pricing, working for and with Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare, technology, and retail industries. Her main expertise includes:

• Value-chain analysis;
• M&A and IP planning;
• Cost share structuring & modeling;
• Factoring;
• APAs & controversy defense; and
• BEPS & CBCR

Prior to joining McKesson, Laura worked in the transfer pricing groups at Electronic Arts and Levi Strauss. Previously, she was a consultant with PwC’s San Francisco transfer pricing practice. Laura has a B.A. in Economics from UC Berkeley and a M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
