Laura Teng is a Sr. Director of Transfer Pricing at McKesson Corporation – a top 10 Fortune 500 company in the pharmaceutical industry. Her expertise includes: Value-chain analysis, M&A and IP planning, Cost share structuring & modeling, Factoring, APAs & controversy defense, and BEPS/CBCR/Pillar 2 planning & compliance. Prior to her current role at McKesson, Laura worked in various in-house transfer pricing roles in the healthcare, biotech, and retail industries. Laura started her career with PwC’s San Francisco transfer pricing practice. Laura has a B.A. in Economics from University of California, Berkeley and a M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
