Nina has more than fifteen years of experience in international tax and transfer pricing. Nina’s current emphasis is in global transfer pricing planning and implementation analyses, covering U.S. and foreign transfer pricing documentation, intangible property valuations, intellectual property licensing, intercompany services, cost-sharing arrangements, intercompany financing, product transactions, and the resolution of transfer pricing controversies. Her career in professional services and financial advisory began with a pivotal transition from legal practice to a Big Four accounting firm in 2012, where she played a key role in enhancing international tax services and transfer pricing practices. Prior to this, Nina held the position of an attorney at a distinguished law firm in Brazil, specializing in representing notable clients in labor and litigation matters.
