Patty is a principal in Ernst & Young LLP’s International Tax and Transaction Services practice. Based in Miami, Patty leads the Florida transfer pricing practice. She has over 20 years experience in transfer pricing and has worked in the US and Mexico. Patty is fluent in English and Spanish. Patty specializes in tax and transfer pricing analysis as part of business initiatives including IP alignment, supply chain reorganizations, business restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and other activities that may have tax implications in an ever-changing global environment. Patty helps multinational companies develop defensible policies and practices that meet regulatory requirements and manage risk. Her clients include multinational companies in the manufacturing and technology, retail, consumer product, travel and leisure, and financial services sectors. Patty holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in International Management from the University of California, San Diego. Patty is a frequent speaker on transfer pricing and other international tax trends at EY conferences.
