Global Tax Director at MICHELIN

Pramod Kumar S is currently the International Tax Director – Projects at Michelin North America Inc, based in Greenville, South Carolina. He has over 25 years of global tax leadership experience across the Big Four and Fortune 500 multinational corporations, with deep expertise in U.S. and international tax law, cross-border M&A, and digital tax transformation.

Before joining Michelin, he served as Associate Director with EY’s Foreign Desk Services in California and held senior roles in India and the Middle East. He also volunteers as a guest faculty at Texas A&M School of Law and a recognized peer reviewer and innovation judge across global platforms. Pramod is a contributing author and speaker on topics spanning OECD Pillar Two, digital tax, and tax sustainability reporting.

He holds an LL.M Master of Jurisprudence in International Tax Law from Texas A&M University and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (India) and Certified Public Accountant (Ireland). Mr. Kumar’s contributions include OECD and UN cross border tax submissions, digital tax transformation, and tax transparency initiatives.
