As Senior Director of Global Tax & Transfer Pricing at Cloud Software Group, Rosie La Mota leverages over 25 years of expertise in US & international tax strategy, transfer pricing, and global audit defense. Having spent nearly 20 years at Citrix (now Cloud Software Group) following her early career at EY and Grant Thornton, Rosie has a proven track record of leading tax functions through corporate transformations, including internal reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and post merger integrations. She currently spearheads an Americas entity rationalization project, and leads global tax controversy, while managing the daily operations related to the company’s complex transfer pricing framework.
