Scott has been the global focal point and maintained responsibility for transfer pricing controversy, procedures, policy and compliance for FORTUNE 500 Celanese Corporation and for FORTUNE'S Most Admired Oil and Gas Equipment, Services Company - FMC Technologies, Inc. Scott is experienced in Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia and Americas transfer pricing regimes. Scott has also successfully resolved transfer pricing audits in the US, Holland, Japan, Korea, France, Germany, Canada, Brazil and India. Recently Scott has been managing global tax strategies and transfer pricing at the Fossil Group, the American fashion designer and manufacturer. Fossil brands include Relic, Michele Watch, Skagen Denmark, Misfit, WSI and Zodiac Watches. Fossil also makes licensed accessories for brands such as BMW, Puma, Emporio Armani, Michael Kors, DKNY, Diesel, Kate Spade New York and Chaps.
