Simone Zucchetti is an Equity Partner of Italian tax and law firm Tremonti Partners. Simone specializes in international taxation and has gained extensive experience in transfer pricing procedures, dispute resolutions and structuring of cross-border investments. He leads the transfer pricing practice at the Firm and has advised multinational enterprises and financial institutions in pursuing APAs, BAPAs, MAPs involving besides Italy, the US and most of the European tax authorities. In particular, when liaising with the IRS, in the context of bilateral procedures between Italy and the United States, he relies on the support from the Tremonti Partners Washington, D.C. team.
In the field of international taxation and transfer pricing Simone is also well-respected for his handling of complex cross-border group restructurings, transfers of IPs and business concerns. He also has experience in the M&A and capital markets field, having assisted banks, private equity funds and corporations on the tax structuring of acquisitions, IPOs, securitizations and bond issues. He is a recurring contributor to the IBFD Transfer Pricing Journal and an invited panellist at the OECD.
