Director – Global Transfer Pricing at CORNING

Telsha Huntley-Shogbon is the Director of Global Transfer Pricing at Corning Incorporated. In this role, Telsha oversees the Global Transfer Pricing function, including team management, talent development, and succession planning. Telsha advises global business partners on transfer pricing matters and supports strategic planning, M&A, supply chain planning, and tax controversy for Corning businesses. Additionally, Telsha is responsible for the operational execution and efficiencies for transfer pricing, technology solutions, and global transfer pricing compliance.

With over 24 years of diverse accounting and finance experience, Telsha actively mentors other finance professionals at Corning and participates in various Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion activities. Telsha is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and international relations from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica, and an MBA from Union Graduate College (now Clarkson University) in New York.
