Victor Polizelli

Partner at KLA

Victor Polizelli is a partner in KLA’s Tax Law practice, with extensive experience in Tax Consulting, primarily related to Corporate Taxes, International Taxation, and Transfer Pricing and Pillar Two. He also serves as a Professor of Tax Law in the full Master’s Program and postgraduate courses at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT), one of the country’s most prestigious research and educational centers in tax law. In addition, he teaches in MBA programs at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Victor is the Coordinator of the LL.M in International Tax Law at IBDT, a program organized with the participation of both foreign and Brazilian professors. Furthermore, Victor holds a degree in Accounting, which, combined with his deep knowledge of Brazilian and international income tax legislation, makes him a key figure in corporate restructuring, M&A transactions, real estate development projects, and international tax planning.
