Wade Owen is Vice President, Global Head of Transfer Pricing at Visa. In this role, Wade is responsible for establishing the design for Visa’s global transfer pricing architecture, with a focus on controversy resolution, business planning, as well as policy design, compliance, and M&A. Wade brings over 20 years of tax and transfer pricing experience, spanning audit and controversy defense, APAs and MAPs, cost sharing and intangible property valuation/migrations, global transfer pricing policy design and implementation, and ASC 740‑10/FIN 48 matters.
