As a partner in Doane Grant Thornton’s international tax practice, Andrew Somerville has over eight years of experience providing domestic and international tax services to a wide variety of clients.

Andrew has provided a wide range of income tax services to clients, including corporate tax reporting and compliance, assisting clients with income tax audits, helping clients expand into Canada and Canadian based clients expand internationally, and assisting clients in structuring acquisitions and divestitures in a tax efficient manager. His client base consists of mainly large privately held businesses.
