As a Partner in Grant Thornton LLP’s international tax practice, Andrew helps clients navigate complex income tax issues, both within and outside of Canada. With over 10 years of experience in domestic and international tax services, his focus is on helping clients expand operations in Canada and internationally, as well as undertake organizational restructuring, acquisitions and divestitures in a tax-efficient manner.

Over the years, he’s had the opportunity to work with many organizations across a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, transportation, construction, real estate and professional services.

A member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and the Canadian Tax Foundation, Andrew also routinely presents on topics such as Canadian corporate and cross-border taxation.
