For over nineteen years Craig has focused exclusively on transfer pricing and assisting clients worldwide with an emphasis on dispute resolution and other complex transfer pricing matters. Craig is the transfer pricing controversy leader for KPMG Canada and member of the KPMG’s Global Tax Controversy & Dispute Resolution team. His extensive experience working with the Canadian Competent Authority benefits clients needing to resolve disputes via the Advance Pricing Arrangement (“APA”) program or the regular Mutual Agreement Procedure (“MAP”) process on a bilateral and multilateral basis.

Craig also has extensive experience with Canada Revenue Agency (“CRA”) audit defense and the preparation of contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation.
