Daniel Kou has assisted some of Canada’s largest public and private companies across a multitude of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, retail, information technology, farming, aquaculture, automotive, banking and finance, and oil and gas. He has developed and reviewed complex risk analysis models such as receivables factoring and securitization, commodity pricing, multivariate stock pricing models, and debt capacity/interest rate determination.

Key areas of Daniel's transfer pricing experience include economic modelling, statistical forecasting, risk management, and transfer pricing planning and implementation. He has also provided litigation support for clients undergoing tax authority examination.
