I have assisted some of Canada’s largest public and private companies in a multitude of industries including manufacturing and distribution, retail, information technology, farming, aquaculture, automotive, banking and finance and oil and gas. I have also developed and reviewed complex risk analysis models such as receivables factoring and securitization, commodity pricing, multivariate stock pricing models, and debt capacity/interest rate determination.

Key areas of my transfer pricing experience include economic modelling, statistical forecasting, risk management and transfer pricing planning and implementation. I have also assisted in a litigation support capacity for clients undergoing tax authority examination.
