ARKK CEO Jenny Himsley joined ARKK as CFO in 2019 before becoming CEO in 2022, leading the company through a period of rapid growth, product innovation and expansion across tax and regulatory technology. With a background spanning public markets, high-growth businesses and finance transformation, Jenny previously served as CFO of London Capital Group and spent four years as a fractional CFO supporting scaling businesses. She trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in both the UK and Australia. Passionate about building ambitious, adaptable businesses, Jenny is focused on driving ARKK’s mission to modernise the Office of the CFO through intelligent automation, AI-enabled technology and market-leading regulatory solutions.
