Laura Teng is the Head of Transfer Pricing at McKesson Corporation, overseeing planning, compliance, operations, and audit defense. Her expertise includes value-chain analysis, M&A and IP planning, cost share structuring, factoring and financing arrangements, APAs/controversy defense, and BEPS/Pillar 2 planning & compliance. Prior to her current role at McKesson, Laura worked in various in-house transfer pricing roles in the healthcare, biotech, and retail industries. Laura started her career with PwC’s San Francisco transfer pricing practice.
