Liam Mulligan is a Senior Economist in the Multinational Tax Division in the Tax and Charities Appeals Directorate of the Canada Revenue Agency. Liam began his career with the Agency in 2021 as an Appeals Officer within the Appeals Branch. Prior to joining the Agency, Liam worked as a Transfer Pricing advisor within several professional services firms in Toronto, where he is still based.
