Marie‑Pierre Pelletier is a Partner in Transfer Pricing at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton in Montréal, where she leads the firm’s transfer pricing practice. She is also a member of the global transfer pricing leadership committee of Grant Thornton International, contributing to strategic alignment initiatives at the international level.

Marie‑Pierre advises multinational groups on the planning, implementation, documentation and defence of transfer pricing policies. Her experience covers a wide range of cross‑border transactions, including tangible goods, intragroup services, intellectual property, brand licensing arrangements and financial transactions. She regularly assists clients in the context of business expansions, reorganizations and tax audits, helping ensure practical and defensible transfer pricing outcomes.

Marie‑Pierre holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
